In the middle of the third season of Madmen, coverage of the show was at its peak. It’s still great, in my opinion, but here are my observations about the show in 2009. Here’s a national award Barack Obama did NOT win. Ask.com’s most influential men of 2009? Don Draper. A person who does not exist. Can Don lead us out of the valley of mediocrity?

As I said, during this period of time I used to walk around Minneapolis’ Lake of the Isles in the middle of the night all of the time. This time I took the digital recorder along and got a slice of life on tape. So, take a midnight walk with Bob Davis, back in the summer of 2009 as the podcasts go remote! #20 features emails, a few late night party refugees around the lake, and a lot of crickets. And yes, we’re still working on #19.
